Shipping
We ship to the entire Eurozone Packages are generally dispatched within 3-12 days of receipt of payment. ( Depending on your order) We provide free home delivery for orders over 100 euros. All purchase below 100 Euro includes additional delivery cost. They are shipped via FedEx or the Post office with a tracking number and delivered with a signature. Please, contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1890 Chemin saint bernard, porte 10. 06220 Vallauris If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
PLEASE NOTICE, THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. IF A RETURN IS THE RESULT OF A HASFALT ERROR, WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST AS WELL.
